Registration for EBU’s 2024/2025 recreational and academy programs opens at noon May 15 and will close at midnight July 15. This year we have a new registration system called PlayMetrics, which is directly linked to Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association. To register online for our 2024/2025 recreational and academy programs, please click the registration link below and follow the instructions provided to create an account. Next, verify your email and add your players to your account. Once you’ve added players, you will be able to register.
Please note that you can pay your registration fees using a credit card or through ACH (an electronic transfer of funds from your bank account to PlayMetrics). Registrations using a credit card will be charged 30 cents plus a 2.9% processing fee. Registrations using ACH will be charged a 1.9% processing fee. Payments cannot be made by cash, check, or Venmo. Also, starting in 2024/2025 EBU will communicate with all our members using PlayMetrics, so be sure to set up your communications preferences when registering. PlayMetrics allows you to receive emails, SMS notifications (text messages), and push notifications via the mobile app on iOS and Android devices. EBU will not be using Team Snap or Demosphere.
At the time of registration, all families will be charged a one-time per family Volunteer Fee of $150 for the year/season. Once you complete a volunteer job for each child enrolled in EBU, this amount will be refunded to you. (If you volunteer to coach or manage a team, you only need to complete that one job regardless of the number of players enrolled.)

EBU Recreational Teams (U6 through U15)
FALL 2024 – SPRING 2025
The fall season will begin the weekend after Labor Day and conclude at the end of October. Beginning May 15, you will have the ability to register for either the Full Year (Fall & Spring) or for the Fall season only. Before June 30, you can register with Early Bird pricing of $325 for the Full Year or $220 for the Fall Only. Prices increase to $365 for full year and $260 for fall only after June 30. Registration will close at midnight July 15. A one-time Volunteer Fee of $150 per family will also be added, but is refundable once a volunteer job is completed for each child enrolled in EBU (coaches and managers receive volunteer credit for the whole family).
Practices are determined by volunteer coaches once new teams are formed in August. Practices are once a week for an hour, either 5-6 pm or 6-7 pm. Games are primarily on Saturdays, with the potential for a weeknight or Sunday games. For more information about the EBU Recreational program, please view the Recreational section of our website.

Registration for the Fall 2024-Spring 2025 academy season opens May 15, 2024 with early bird pricing until June 30. Prices will increase by $40 between June 30 and July 15, when registration closes.
