EBU Spring 2025 Recreational Program Registration
As of March 1, early bird registration has closed and waitlists have opened for all age groups. If you are interested in registering, please add your player to the waitlist. If space is available, we will email you an “invite” to complete the registration. We have limited openings in most age groups.
Using PlayMetrics to Register
Elmbrook United uses PlayMetrics as its registration system, which is directly linked to Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association. To register online for our 2024/2025 programs:
(1) Please click the registration link (when registration is open) below and login to your account. If you don’t have an account, follow the instructions provided to create an account. Next, verify your email, primary address & phone, and add your players to your account. Once you’ve added players, you will be able to register. It is helpful if you include all parents/guardians that want access to the account as “Player Contacts”–this needs to be done for each player in the family.
(2) You will see which programs your player may be eligible for by clicking on “Club Programs” in the left hand menu.
(3) Please note that you can pay your registration fees using a credit card or through ACH (an electronic transfer of funds from your bank account to PlayMetrics). Registrations using a credit card will be charged 30 cents plus a 2.9% processing fee. Registrations using ACH will be charged a 1.9% processing fee. Payments cannot be made by cash, check, or Venmo.
(4) EBU will communicate with all our members using PlayMetrics, so be sure to set up your communications preferences when registering. PlayMetrics allows you to receive emails, SMS notifications (text messages), and push notifications via the mobile app on iOS and Android devices.
(5) At the time of registration, all families will be charged a one-time per family Volunteer Fee of $150 for the year/season. Once you complete a volunteer job for each child enrolled in EBU, this amount will be refunded to you. (If you volunteer to coach or manage a team, you only need to complete that one job regardless of the number of players enrolled.)

SPRING 2025
The Spring 2025 recreational season will begin mid to late April and conclude with our annual in-house Bob Buss Tournament June 7 & 8. Registration for NEW Spring players will open January 15 with Early Bird pricing of $220 (discount applied at checkout). Prices increase to $260 after February 28, and space may not be available in all age groups. Players will be added to a waitlist beginning March 1 and invited to complete registration if space is available. A one-time Volunteer Fee of $150 per family will also be added, but is refundable once a volunteer job is completed for each child enrolled in EBU (coaches and managers receive volunteer credit for the whole family).
Returning Fall Only players may also register at this time and will remain on their same teams.
Practices are once a week for an hour, either 5-6 pm or 6-7 pm. Games are primarily on Saturdays, with the potential for a weeknight or Sunday games. For more information about the EBU Recreational program, please view the Recreational section of our website.

(1) NEW Players – Choose the Option “EBU Spring 2025 – Recreational Team (NEW Player – Did NOT Play Fall 2024) You may choose Coed (primarily boys’ teams but girls may participate if desired) or Girls teams.
(2) Returning Fall Only Players – Choose the Option “EBU Spring 2025 Returning Fall Only Player – Played in Fall 2024”
